For the past few years, Ajith has been shooting for his movies sporting his natural grey hair. He had dyed his hair black for a particular segment in  Yennai Arindhaal .  Billa 2  that released in 2012 was the last film Ajith sported a black hair throughout. Our sources inform us that Thala will also be sporting a younger look in  Viswasam  as the script demands it. So he is likely to dye his hair black for the film. He is expected to have a fresh makeover for  Viswasam  which will be kept a closely guarded secret for now.

Actor Jayam Ravi’s much awaited space film Tik Tik Tik directed by Shakti Soundar Rajan has created a tremendous buzz with its teaser and trailer. It is the first Indian space film and has Nivetha Pethuraj playing the female lead with D.Imman’s music and Venkatesh.S’s cinematography. The latest is that, Tik Tik Tik is all set to release on Republic Day (January 26), 2018. We had reported earlier that, AAA film producer S Michael Rayappan and the director Adhik Ravichandran had met the media and Rayappan had stated that AAA had incurred a big loss that he wanted Simbu to help him out of. He had also told the press that Simbu had been irregular to the shoot and did not show any initiative to compensate for the same. Following this. Actor Metro Shirish, has gone on to post his opinion on this issue stating that nobody can be judged completely. Metro Shirish’s post read: “ Situations make ppl take actions in a certain way. We had earlier reported that director Vijay had kickstarted his next project with Prabhu Deva and Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead roles. The film, which is touted to be a thriller, has music by Sam CS, cinematography by Nirav Shah and is to be edited by Anthony. It is also to be noted that Vijay has Karu with Sai Pallavi, which is yet to hit the screens. The latest from this film is that it has apparently been titled as Lakshmi, although an official announcement is awaited. This comes after a recent short film of the same name was the talk of the town. We are not informed about this film's release date yet, but the team is currently filming at a brisk pace, and we can expect a mid-2018 release. Pramod Films in association with Mr.Ravindran's Trident Arts, are producing this venture.

The recently released  Thiruttupayale 2  starring Bobby Simha, Prasanna and Amala Paul has been garnering positive reviews all over.
